There are two primary portals to operating the Haptap Call Manager service.
Partner Management Portal
This portal is available at admin.yourbrand.com.
The partner portal is where you create and manage customers and resellers. You may decide to give your resellers access to this portal, such that they can manage their own customers. End customers do not require access to this portal.
Once a customer has been created you can then create a service instance. This is a region-specific service instance that the end customer will then use.
Service Portal (Call Manager)
This portal is available via per region domains, e.g.:
- portal.eu.yourbrand.com
- portal.us.yourbrand.com
- portal.[xx].yourbrand.com
For end customers they are typically invited to the portal automatically at service creation time. Once they accept their initial invitation they can invite additional users.
Resellers can access their customer's Call Manager instance via the provisioner portal.
