Setup A Tenant for Call Manager
Step 1: Global Administrator Accepts Portal Invite
The email address configured at Service creation time will receive an invitation to the service. This will be branded as per the Partner's brand. The user should click the Accept Invitation link and when prompted login with their Microsoft account for the appropriate Customer tenant.
Note that the email address used to receive the invitation is not tied to the link to create a portal user. e.g. you can email user1@aliascompany but then when prompted to accept the invite login as user2@realcompany
Step 2: Complete 'Setup Now' Steps
The user will now be logged in to the Call Manager portal. Before they can start using the product they must grant the app appropriate permissions. To do this select the 'Setup Now' button. This will give several prompts where the user needs to allow the Microsoft app permissions to continue. Accepting the prompts is what allows Call Manager repeated access to manage their Teams Voice configuration. An administrator can revoke this in the future via the usual Microsoft apps management.
