Edit Existing Wizard Call Flows
Once a call flow has been created with the wizard the UI allows future updates to take place using the same call handling wizard and schedule wizard.
Navigate to the Wizard Call Flows on the left side menu. You'll then see a list of your existing call flows that were created with the Wizard:
Create Call Flow takes you to the start of the Wizard journey again, ready to configure an additional call flow for a new number.
Edit Call Handling takes the user to the same 'Call Handling' page as the wizard, but configured to view and edit the existing call flow data.
Edit Schedule allows the existing schedule to be updated. This will show as 'Add Schedule' if the number is currently set with a constant/24x7 call flow. Note that adding brand new schedules won't have any impact until you then go and edit the call handling afterwards, navigating through the top Open/Closed/Holiday tabs as required to configure the new call flow.
Reapply recreates all the underlying Auto Attendants and Call Queues in Microsoft for this number. This is helpful if the pre-created configuration has been corrupted by accidental changes in Teams Admin Center.
