Holiday Handling in Wizard Call Flows

Public Holidays For Every Year

Public Holidays configured via Wizard Call Flows will automatically update year to year. 

Configuration Guide

During the wizard setup, when presented with the Office Hours page, select the toggle to signify that you wish to have different call handling for holidays:


For our example, we'll select 'United States of America'. We will then be presented with a list of all public holidays for that country in a rolling 12 month period. e.g. Note that New Year's day is an available holiday for next year in our screenshot below, as it's already been and gone for the current year:


Holiday days marked as 'Public' will auto renew from year to year. Call Manager will work in the background once the date has passed to migrate it to the same holiday in the upcoming year.

Notes
Note that days are of type Optional, Observance or Custom, are not auto migrated from year to year.

Custom Holidays

Wizard Call Flows also support adding custom holiday dates. From the same office hours page, press 'Add Custom Day', this will present a modal where you can enter the date.
