What's new in Provisioner

January 2026

Microsoft GCC High Support

The Provisioner platform now has general availability for creating customer service instances on both Commercial and GCC High tenants. Reach out to your account manager if you don't currently have this enabled on your brand and wish to try it out. Further details on managing GCCH tenants can be found here.

Enhanced User Role Support

Provisioner now allows user roles to be set for your portal users. This includes the ability to restrict Write/Access capabilities to a specific list of Partners or Customers.

Customer Tenant Usage Reporting

The Provisioner UI now allows customer reporting to be viewed from the UI. This is available via the Customer Service instance list, then select 'Status' to see a table of available report data covering customer tenant's users, licenses, calls and phone numbers.

Additional Customer Tenant Invitations

It's now possible to invite additional users to an end customer service instance from the Provisioner portal. This is helpful if the original email address entered was incorrect. Navigate to the Status page for the Customer Service Instance, then select 'Invite User'. This method also allows the Send Email option to be toggled. Selecting to not Send Email will provide an invitation URL back immediately, that can then be passed on to the customer's admin via an alternative mechanism.

October 2025

Additional Reporting API Endpoints

Provisioner API now exposes additional reporting endpoints to allow aggregate stats on Call Manager tenants. This allows a view of numbers, users, licenses and calls, on a per-day basis.

The Provisioner UI and API now offer a deep search option. This searches over both partners and customers to find results in the platform data tree. From the UI deep links are then available to go direct to the partner or customers as appropriate.

Improved Multi Brand Support

The Provisioner UI now offers improved support for partners that offer multiple brands. Provisioner provides a multi brand option, as appropriate, for new partner and customer creation.

September 2025

Improved Portal Email Invitations

Portal invitations can now be deleted direct from the portal. An additional information screen is also available that includes email correlation ID, which aids in debugging any mail deliverability issues.
