User Settings Page Update - February 2026

The User Settings page has been updated in the latest Call Manager. The update includes:
  1. Improved tabbed layout to display key information whilst updating settings.
  2. Private Line number now configurable (brand level configuration available).
  3. Call Answering and Voicemail settings can now be updated, rather than being restricted to read-only.
  4. Also User Voice and Emergency Calling Policies can be viewed via the new Policies tab.




This will become the default view from April 6th. It can also be toggled on any time ahead of this date via a Support request.
